With a strong attention to detail and a love for travel, Alex ensures each trip is carefully planned, allowing travelers to fully enjoy their European adventures.

As the Accounts Manager at European Discoveries, Taylor is dedicated to engaging with both current and prospective travelers for European Discoveries and Alumni/ae tours. She handles key aspects of the passenger experience, including fulfillment, processing registrations, preparing travel insurance quotes, and much more. In addition, Taylor manages day-to-day accounting and provides vital support to our operations team.

As the Marketing Manager at European Discoveries, Heidi creates marketing materials for both European Discoveries and Alumni/ae tours. She plays a key role in passenger communication, managing tasks such as fulfillment and preparing all traveler materials, including pre-departure packets. Heidi is also responsible for writing and sending email newsletters, as well as maintaining the website.
