Your journey begins with an overnight flight to Reykjavík, where you’ll wake up to the beauty of Iceland’s capital. After settling in, a guided tour will introduce you to the charming streets of downtown Reykjavík, highlighting the city’s unique blend of modern architecture, historic sites, and vibrant culture. Explore iconic landmarks like Hallgrim’s Church, Harpa Concert Hall, and the charming Old Town, with plenty of time for lunch and relaxation before our welcome dinner.
The heart of your tour is Iceland’s festive Christmas markets. Wander through the Reykjavík Christmas Market at Ingolfstorg Square and the Reykjavík Harbour Market, each offering a delightful array of handmade crafts, local food stalls, and traditional Icelandic gifts. Warm up with hot chocolate or mulled wine as you soak in the festive atmosphere. In between, enjoy free time to explore Reykjavík’s galleries, shops, and restaurants, or unwind at a local spa. For those eager for more, we’ll venture out in the evenings for a chance to witness the awe-inspiring Northern Lights.
Beyond the city, the adventure continues with a scenic excursion along the stunning south coast. Visit the black sand beaches of Vík, view the dramatic rock formations at Dyrhólaey and Reynisdrangar, and experience the magic of Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls. End your journey with a farewell dinner in Reykjavík, celebrating the memories created during your time in Iceland.
